40 rigorously selected young food professionals, 26 guest speakers seasoned in the world of food service and 1 entrepreneur with a complex issue. Twice a year a group of students Group of students from the Hotel Management School Maastricht rollercoaster ride for ten weeks, during which the entire chain of primal producers, manufacturers, wholesalers and buyers in the at and out of home takes center stage. From a vast amount of international information, perspectives, models and scenarios, students in small groups, or tribes, a solution to an issue to pitch it to seven industrial, other-thinking entrepreneurs.
